By visiting the Patient Portal you'll have access to:
-Receipts and invoices
-Glasses or contact lens prescriptions
-Your medical record
You'll also be able to:
-Update your contact information
-Send secure HIPAA compliant messages to us
-View any upcoming appointments
IMPORTANT:
Prior to entering the portal for the first time, you'll need to contact us to obtain your log-in credentials. We will provide your user name and temporary password which you will then change to whatever you wish after logging in for the first time.
